  1. Unopened and Unused Items: We accept returns and exchanges for unopened and unused items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via email. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant details about the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item(s). Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

Refunds and Exchanges:

  1. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

  2. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please indicate your preference when contacting customer service. We will assist you in processing the exchange and arrange for the replacement item to be shipped to you promptly.

Exceptions:

Please note that certain items may be non-returnable or subject to specific return conditions due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. These exceptions will be clearly stated in the product description or during the checkout process.
